    2. Ship it Back: Once approved, mail your item. (Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.)
    3. Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

When will my order ship?

We're a small studio! (we as in me and my cats) Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

What if my item arrives damaged?


Oh no! We do our best to package everything safely, but if your items arrive damaged, please email hellohappydoodlestudio@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number within 7 days. We’ll make it right!

Can I cancel my order?


As long as your order hasn't been processed for shipping, we can cancel it. Please reach out as soon as possible if you've changed your mind.
